Modern Product Development

I was introduced by chance to a thing called “Lean Start Up” which I found quite interesting despite it possibly being very misnamed. This is about applying the Lean philosophy to product development which applies just as much to established companies as it does to start ups. I’ve done a number of Lean courses over the years and while they say Lean is for the whole enterprise they never really make it relevant for product development – this changes that. There is a game night October 18th so you can put the method into action.
