EIDA Event: Site Tour of Motherson Innovations, Lonsdale

For our July event we are delighted to be offering a site tour at Motherson Innovations, the SMR groups cross division team for development and production of enhanced solutions.

When: Wednesday 25 July at 4 pm for a 4:30 start

Where: Sherriffs Road, Lonsdale, Australia

You will see: The state-of-the-art design and manufacturing centre for Automotive, Consumer, Defence, Electronics, Medical and Start-up Support, including:

• High volume SMT electronics lines (>7mil PCBs/year)
• High volume injection (> 20mil parts moulded per year)
• Advanced surface coatings (PVD, CVD)
• Micro-moulding and microfluidics

Enter site: From the first vehicle entrance on the right from Aldershot Road, off Sherrifs Road.

Parking: Proceed west for ~25metres then turn right to northern carpark.

Assemble: At ‘Reception’ and wait to be escorted to the Boardroom for an introductory presentation followed by a tour of the plant.

Networking: After Tour concludes at 6.00 move to The Lonsdale Hotel – 50 metres north of Reception point, across Sherrifs Road.

Limit: 20 participants.

The $40 charge for this event includes finger food and one drink – can be alcoholic or not but only beer, cider and wine.
