Electronics Industry Promotion
EIDA provides government and community with current information on the scope, scale, significance and sustainability of the Adelaide electronics industry. This promotion will raise community understanding of the entrepreneurial and investment opportunities in our industry and of the rewarding careers for our young citizens
EIDA information will also raise awareness in the executive and elected branches of government of the vital role of the Adelaide electronics industry in the transition of our regional economy from its past dependence on ‘Industrial-Age’ manufacturing to its logical future as a ’Knowledge-Age’ centre that, together with our respected education and research institutions will assist Adelaide’s continued evolution as ‘Australia’s Knowledge-City’
Electronics Industry Programs
Visits are planned in 2016 to important industry and research sites. These events will further develop inter-firm and firm-to-research sector collaboration.
