Microchip’s portable weather station demo board design uses the PIC24FJ128GC010 to interpret and display measurements from an ambient light sensor, a temperature sensor (MCP9700), a humidity sensor and an air quality sensor. The board demonstrates the PIC24F “GC” integrated analog capabilities as well as features like USB and LCD drive that make the PIC24F “GC” family ideal for IoT applications that employ multiple sensors.
